After placing your order on avenue39.com, an invoice will be generated with your order details. Our customer service team will contact you to schedule the delivery date and time.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery address details at checkout. Avenue39 is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Upon Delivery

Please inspect your product carefully upon delivery before signing the delivery receipt. By signing the receipt, you confirm that the product has been received in good condition and free from visible damage.

Assembly Service

Our delivery team will assemble your items upon delivery.

Separate Assembly Visit

If assembly is required on a different date from delivery, an additional charge of AED 150 will apply.

For eligible items under this offer:

If declined, the item will be disassembled, packed, and a full refund will be initiated within 24 hours, subject to bank processing times.
