For items covered by the "Try Before You Buy" deal, our team will assemble the item and allow up to 20 minutes for you to decide if you wish to keep the purchase. Should you decide to decline the item, we will pack everything away again and begin issuing a full refund. This will be done within 24 hours from our end, after which it will depend on the time taken by your bank.
